You can change your ip address easily with mozilla firefox browser using switch proxy
Use a proxy with SwitchProxy and Firefox:
1) Download and install Firefox
2) Download and install SwitchProxy
you can get it from here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/125
3) Use Google search for getting free proxies address
4) When you hit your download limit, clean your cookies and change your proxy
